1. Introduction

Welcome to Bilotta Modulars Private Limited (“Bilotta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (www.bilottaindia.in), interactions via phone (01762404460), email (info@bilottaindia.in), and visits to our showroom at SCO – 28,29, First Floor, Shri Ram Complex, MS Enclave, Kishanpura Road, Dhakoli, Zirakpur. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services & Orders

  • Consultations: Free design consultations are subject to availability.

  • Quotations: All quotes are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Customization: Final products may vary slightly from digital renderings due to material availability or technical constraints.

  • Order Confirmation: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm orders.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are in INR and exclusive of GST unless specified.

  • Payment Methods: We accept UPI, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cheques (subject to clearance).

  • Cancellation: Orders canceled after confirmation may incur a 15% processing fee.

4. Delivery & Installation

  • Timeline: Estimated delivery/installation dates are not guaranteed and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Inspection: Clients must inspect products upon delivery and report defects within 48 hours.

  • Rescheduling: Missed installation appointments may attract a rescheduling fee.

5. Warranties & Returns

  • Warranty: Products come with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects (terms apply).

  • Damage Claims: Not accepted for mishandling, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Returns: Custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, catalogs, and 3D renderings are Bilotta’s exclusive property and cannot be replicated without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bilotta is not liable for:

  • Delays due to natural disasters, strikes, or supplier issues.

  • Minor color/texture variations in materials.

  • Improper use or maintenance of products.

8. Privacy

Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Zirakpur, Punjab.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
